Is the mist hot?
No. It's a fine, cool mist of water (or a pet-safe conditioner). There's no heating element.
Is it safe for my cat or dog?
The teeth are soft, flexible silicone made for gentle grooming. Use only water or a conditioner made for pets, never spray near the eyes, ears or nose, and keep the first sessions short so your pet gets used to it.
What can I put in the tank?
Plain water works great. You can also add a pet-safe, no-rinse conditioner. Don't use essential oils or products that aren't made for pets.
Does it work for dogs too?
Yes — it's ideal for cats and for small to medium dogs with short or medium coats. On very thick double coats, use it as a finishing and freshening brush.
How do I charge it?
AvoSpa has a built-in rechargeable battery (120 mAh). Charge it fully before the first use, then top it up whenever the mist gets weaker.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the US usually takes 7–12 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email and can follow your parcel live on our Track Order page.
Is shipping really free? Will I pay customs?
Yes — shipping is free on every US order, and US import duties are already included in our price, so there's nothing to pay at delivery.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, to most countries for a flat $9.99 with tracking (usually 8–20 business days). Local import taxes may apply outside the US.
