30-day happiness guarantee

We want you and your pet to love every Tendly product. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or not as described

Send us a photo and your order number and we'll ship a free replacement or give you a full refund. In most cases you don't need to send the item back.

Wrong harness size

We'll send a different size free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Changed your mind

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please contact us first so we can give you the correct return address.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 20 business days, we'll reship your order or refund it in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you haven't received it after that, check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us.
