Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times

United States: tracked shipping, usually 7-13 business days after processing (carriers: YunExpress / 4PX). Holidays and carrier delays can occasionally add time; we'll keep you updated.

Other countries: tracked international shipping, usually 8-20 business days after processing.

Shipping cost

United States: $4.99 standard shipping. Orders of $49 or more ship free. Other countries: $9.99.

Duties and import fees

For US orders, import duties are prepaid by us and already included in our prices. You won't be asked to pay anything extra at delivery. Orders to other countries may be subject to local import taxes.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with your tracking link, so you can follow your parcel live, step by step.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email us at kidgoodies@outlook.com and we'll investigate within 24 hours. If a parcel shows no movement for 20 business days, we'll reship it or refund you in full.
